A day to celebrate!!!!

Fellowship Hall after Communion Sunday with two, then three friends. Hal needs no introduction, although the Pastor thinks he is my brother, we do sing in the choir and our names are interchangeable - or so many think.

The celebration is that thirty-eight years ago, my girl friend got on board an aircraft for the first time in her life and flew off to find me. She only had to change planes in Japan and San Francisco, and the plane she got on there was supposed to have a bomb on it, but they didn't tell the passengers nor those waiting to pick their folks up. Almost two hours on the taxiway waiting for clearance to approach the terminal. Not bad for a farm girl with minimum English language skills.

I think I had best get to taking her out to dinner, the wedding anniversary is next Sunday, but that doesn't really mean as much in some fashion as the day she arrived.

Thank you, Jeffro, I am totally dangerous with the video camera, now.

P.S. I did go confirm the sight changes in the Micro Compact, and have the video to study, too. ;-)

Heh - those two kids - cuter than a bug's ear! Not hamming it up for the camera at all!
