Ferguson Rifle, not Fraser...

I was getting my dead British officers (from our Revolutionary War) confused so went looking for information on Google to find the correct answer. Found it and extra cool stuff at the same time. So there are three tales of young Major Ferguson and his fine breach loading flintlock rifle, first person account and history of rifle from a black powder shooter (sorry couldn't find his name), the second worth reading is from Wikipedia (and you get what you pay for), and the last and to me the most interesting because of the General Howe may have been more friend than enemy story (author is given credit in article). And for real information transfer a video, next blog post. By the way, both General Fraser and Major Ferguson were killed in battle by American riflemen.
