yeah, my day is pretty much shot...

Reading the blog roll got me on the stamp for Bill Mauldin from the Post Office (which I used and bought two of Tuesday). And thinking about my grandfather's bookcase where I first ran into "Up Front" by Bill Mauldin, and the original Tarzan book by Burroughs. I was too young for real appreciation of either, but read them to the bone. So I picked up the copy of Up Front from my shelf here and disappeared while in view as I read it again. I am not finished since it stirs up so much as I munch on it. Bye.
