Woke in the middle of the night to find out what happened, I can stop watching news, stop listening to fools in Washington - and don't think it is the Party that matters, they are in both parties. I am more ready to watch Tiger Woods play golf - I would never have held him up as a role model for my life, I don't play golf - than I am to watch alleged criminal political conspiracies coming out of Washington, District of Columbia - you know where Congress has given everyone a fine life - their experience in local government, education and health care in the city stand as an example of great thought.
But I do know that I don't have to worry, I don't have to pay for their mistakes, I don't have to listen to their laws, I don't have to do anything except what my wife and mother advise me and desire, to make my friends smile and laugh more, and to love as much as God wants me to. Which gets me to the title of this blog, I am required to forgive those that trespass against me, something I remembered as I stewed futilely last night. The picture is perfect, if your History of the American Revolution and the surrender at Yorktown come to mind, along with how one becomes treated as a mushroom - kept in the dark and fed whatever.....

Well said, Earl. A ship of fools taking us for a ride. It's the younger generation, many of whom have no concept of what's to come, that I worry about.
Well Said Sir! I'm glad I'm not going to be here much longer to have to worry about it, but I truly fear for my children and grandchildren..
